Overview Do you need to travel from Livingstone to Lake Malawi/Lilongwe or Lilongwe/Lake Malawi to Livingstone? I offer private tour transfers by appointment and can cater for individuals, families and small groups. Each trip is customized to suit you. We travel at an easy-going pace, taking regular breaks to stretch our legs, have refreshments and have bathroom breaks. I handle all the logistics of the journey while you have much-needed rest. Highlights We use a modern comfortable private vehicle, the exact model will depend on the quantity of luggage you have and the number of passengers in your team. Whichever vehicle option we use, it will have air conditioning and a sound system so we can sing along to our favourite songs. We will have bottled water and light snacks with us as we travel. Itinerary This journey will take 2 days, broken up into 2 legs, with an overnight stay in Lusaka. Day 1 07.30 I collect you from your lodgings in Livingstone and our journey begins. We have an easygoing drive, with safety as the priority. As we travel I point out places of interest. 13.30 We arrive in Lusaka and have an optional half-day city tour. I drop you at your overnight lodgings. Day 2 05.00 We begin the second day of our transfer, again at an easy going pace, taking note of places of interest. We will stop along the way to have a complimentary breakfast. 18.30 We arrive at your destination at Lake Malawi in time for drop-offs and the end of the tour :-( Price * US$ 795 for 1 to 3 people * Payment can be made at the start of the tour. Inclusions * Private transportation with me as your driver guide, and a partner driver guide in Malawi * Bottled water and light snacks as we travel * Complimentary breakfast on Day 2 Exclusions and Extras * Personal purchases * Activities and stops not included in the itinerary * Meals and beverages * Overnight accommodation in Lusaka at your own cost. Extensions * This tour can be extended to include onward travel or multi destinations * Larger groups can be catered for upon enquiry. Considerations * The tour will involve many hours of sitting in the vehicle, however, we will take a couple of breaks as mentioned above * The vehicles we use will be covered by road insurance * Travel time may be affected by weather/road conditions * Lake Malawi destinations are Senga Bay and Cape Maclear. Other destinations available upon request.
