Lusaka! Explore with me this capital city of Zambia! With Lusaka Walking Tours, we explore parts of Lusaka, traversing by foot, bus and taxi! Allowing you to get a 'hands on' experience of everyday life in the city. All this will be in a safe and comfortable manner with me as your guide. We will visit downtown Lusaka, a couple of markets, and places of historic, economic and cultural importance. Highlights - Walking means you get not only exercise but also a chance to interact with Lusaka life in a highly personal way. - My chosen route has been thoroughly thought through, with adequate rest and bathroom stops, and visits to places of interest between walking distances. - We end the tour with lunch at a local restaurant, a nice one :-) - The tour starts at 09.00 and ends at about 13.00. Price - This tour costs US$ 40 for 1 to 3 people. - Larger groups can be catered upon request. - Payment can be made (in kwacha) at the start of the tour. Inclusions - A bottle of water for each participant. - My services as your guide. Exclusions - Bus and taxi fares, approximately $15 (kwacha equivalent) in total. - Meals and beverages. - Personal purchases. - Activities or places not included in the final itinerary. Extensions - A tour of the cultural centre can be included at extra transport cost (bus or taxi) Considerations - A fair amount of fitness is required. - Afternoon sessions are available too. - Starting point to be agreed in advance. - Tour duration may be affected by traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. - This tour can be adjusted to suit your fitness level, interests, and schedule.
